Sheet Pan Shrimp and Veggies Recipe

Hello Reader,

I have a new sheet pan recipe for you today for Sheet Pan Shrimp and Veggies.

I've been making this a lot lately because it's quick, healthy, and delicious. Toss the shrimp and vegetables with olive oil, garlic, and lemon juice, then bake until the shrimp is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.

The recipe is flexible, too, so you can easily swap the vegetables or change up the seasonings based on what you have. I've also made this with eggplant, and I'm thinking it would be tasty with delicata squash.

Hello Reader, Thanksgiving is just three weeks away, and it's time to start thinking about the sides! They're just as important as the turkey, and I have a few favorites to share that I think you'll want to add to your Thanksgiving table. Homemade cranberry sauce is a must-have on our table. I've never really understood the appeal of the canned stuff when homemade is so delicious and easy to make! It takes just a few ingredients, and you can make it a couple of days ahead of time. Hello Reader, Boneless pork chops are one of my favorite proteins for an easy dinner. Here are three of our favorite ways to enjoy them: Pan-Seared Pork Chops Finished in the Oven - This one is so easy: sear the chops in a skillet, finish in the oven, and you've got juicy pork chops with very little effort. Pork Chops with Sauerkraut and Apples - Tangy sauerkraut and sweet apples are such a good match for pork, especially this time of year. Pork Chops with Vinegar Peppers and Potatoes - The...

Hello Reader, If you need an easy dinner idea (who doesn't?), this Crockpot Peanut Butter Chicken is a great option. It's a recipe for two, but all you need to do is use the recipe scale button on the recipe card to adjust the servings. I make it with homemade peanut sauce, but if you're in a hurry, go ahead and use your favorite jarred sauce. You can sear the chicken first for a little extra flavor, or skip that step and just toss everything into the slow cooker. When you're ready for...
