What's for Dinner? Pork Chops!

Hello Reader,

Boneless pork chops are one of my favorite proteins for an easy dinner. Here are three of our favorite ways to enjoy them:

Pan-Seared Pork Chops Finished in the Oven - This one is so easy: sear the chops in a skillet, finish in the oven, and you've got juicy pork chops with very little effort.

Pork Chops with Sauerkraut and Apples - Tangy sauerkraut and sweet apples are such a good match for pork, especially this time of year.

Pork Chops with Vinegar Peppers and Potatoes - The peppers add some heat, and potatoes cook right alongside them for an easy one-pan dinner.

I like to use boneless pork chops from ButcherBox. They're nice and thick, and they don't dry out.

If you've been thinking about trying ButcherBox, they have a new offer for new members: a free turkey in your first box through November 17, plus free ground beef or bacon for life. Check it out HERE.

Happy Cooking!

Hello Reader, Thanksgiving is just three weeks away, and it's time to start thinking about the sides! They're just as important as the turkey, and I have a few favorites to share that I think you'll want to add to your Thanksgiving table. Homemade cranberry sauce is a must-have on our table. I've never really understood the appeal of the canned stuff when homemade is so delicious and easy to make! It takes just a few ingredients, and you can make it a couple of days ahead of time. Hello Reader, If you need an easy dinner idea (who doesn't?), this Crockpot Peanut Butter Chicken is a great option. It's a recipe for two, but all you need to do is use the recipe scale button on the recipe card to adjust the servings. I make it with homemade peanut sauce, but if you're in a hurry, go ahead and use your favorite jarred sauce. You can sear the chicken first for a little extra flavor, or skip that step and just toss everything into the slow cooker. When you're ready for...

Hello Reader, If you love stuffed peppers but don't love all the work that goes into making them, deconstructed stuffed peppers have all the flavors of the classic dish, but everything cooks together in one skillet. Easy and perfect for a weeknight dinner. If you prefer old fashioned stuffed peppers, you can make these stuffed peppers instead.
