πŸ₯– Sandwich Night is on the menu

Hello Reader,

It's unofficially summer, and if you're anything like me, the last thing you want is to spend hours in the kitchen when it's hot outside. So I put together a short list of my favorite warm-weather dinners that are fast, easy, and actually delicious.

πŸ₯ͺ Loaded Veggie Sandwich Fresh, filling, and comes together in minutes. Packed with fresh veggies and a creamy hummus spread layered between the crusty bread of your choice.

πŸ₯© Filet Mignon Sandwich Yes, filet. On a sandwich. It's easier than you think and feels like a treat for a random summer night.

πŸ— Grilled Chicken Quesadillas: Quesadillas are so easy and versatile! You can make them with any type of meat or just veggies.

Serving Suggestion: This cucumber salad is in my fridge all summer; it's the perfect side. It's the kind of salad that tastes better after a few days in the fridge, so make a big batch and use it all week.

Tools that make sandwich night easier:

Lodge Grill/Griddle Pan - No grill? No problem. This is my go-to pan for getting that perfect sear indoors. It works as both a grill pan and a griddle.

Chef's Knife - A good chef's knife makes all the difference when you're slicing veggies or beef filet.

These are affiliate links; I only share things I actually use.

Happy Cooking!
