πŸ”Greek Turkey Burgers and More Dinner Ideas for the Week

Hello Reader,

Happy Sunday! I'm back with dinner ideas for the week. I'm starting with one of my favorite burgers: Greek Turkey Burgers. Made with ground turkey, spinach, feta, and fresh oregano. They have all the Mediterranean flavors you love.

I love to serve these with my Mediterranean Tomato and Cucumber Salad. It's made with crisp cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, chickpeas, kalamata olives, feta, and a simple lemon dressing.

Make the salad ahead so all you have to do at dinnertime is cook the burgers. And make extra of both. The burgers freeze great for a faster meal next time, and the salad is just as good alongside grilled chicken, sausages, or whatever else you're making this week.

Hello Reader, One of this week's dinner ideas is a Reuben, but not the sandwich version. Corned beef... wait, ground turkey, sauerkraut, and Swiss, stuffed into a wrap and baked until crispy. A lighter take that still tastes like the original.
